Our Pretty in Pink Wedding!!

Fuchsia Pink Wedding at The Grove

If there's one thing that makes us happy it's a Wedding that features one of the prettiest shades of pink.  From the beautiful bouquets and centerpieces to the vibrant bridesmaid dresses and custom stationery.  Antonia and Richards Wedding at The Grove  is sure to instantly cheer you up.  Take an afternoon break and get lost in this fairytale affair that was brought to life by Abbey Photographers.

Guests were invited to the Wedding with custom invitations embellished with a fuchsia pink ribbon and rhinestone buckle.

We particularly loved the elegance of Antonia's Wedding day look.  Styled by Mari and Rita of  My Cinderella's Dream, the Bride's hair was pulled in a high updo, while her airbrush makeup was applied to accentuate her natural beauty.

Antonia's pave diamond eternity wedding band matched beautifully with her round halo-style engagement ring.

Antonia's bridesmaids wore fuchsia pink, floor-length, one-shoulder dresses designed by Bill Levkoff.

Upon visiting The Grove, Antonia and Richard were impressed by the overall elegance of the Venue.  They loved how The Grove easily accommodated their large guest list and had seating for everyone during the cocktail hour.  Additionally, Antonia and Richard were warmly welcomed by an attentive staff who went above and beyond to make sure their every request was taken care of.

Set on ivory linens were tall floral arrangements designed in various shades of pink with hanging crystals.  Candles, rose petals and custom table numbers that matched their invitations completed their tablescape.

Antonia and Richard shared the spotlight as they preformed a choreographed first dance to "Everything" by Michael Buble'.

The newlyweds thanked thanked their guests for being a part of their Wedding with two espresso cups and saucers and an espresso pot.

The Proposal: "On a tour of UDel I heard about the arches and how alumni would get engaged there, I always said that if I met a girl at UDel I would propose that way.  It took 3 months to plan.  There wasn't really an exact moment.  After two years of dating, I tried to imagine my life without Antonia and I couldn't!!"
Bride's favorite memory of the day: Being with everyone.
Grooms favorite memory of the day: Dancing the night away with their guests.
Do you have any advice for couples that are planing their Wedding?  Have fun during the planning and on that day!! It goes so fast!!
What are you currently enjoying or looking forward to as a couple? Antonia and Richard are currently enjoying seeing each other every day and spending time together.

Congratulations Antonia and Richard and your Fuchsia Pink Wedding!!

OUR PURPLE PASSION BRIDE!!

The Engaged Girls Survival Guide and her story!!

This oh-so-pretty purple wedding that’s full of romance and endless moments of pure joy. From our bride’s preparation to her ceremony and reception at Nanina’s In The Park. Our August Bride Tanya and husband James’ nuptials are ones you won’t want to miss!

Tanya & James
August 24, 2013
Nanina’s In The Park • Belleville, NJ

My dress was a fitted sweetheart neckline, A-line gown designed by Romona Keveza. The dress fit perfect and was a light fabric, which made it excellent for a hot August day. Although the dress itself was pretty plain I wore a “Blossom Veils” belt that was a statement piece and my favorite part of my entire look.

The wedding day began early for the bride and her bridesmaids, who were pampered to perfection with the help of My Cinderella’s Dream. “Mari was easygoing and was able to style my hair and apply my makeup better than I ever dreamed it could be,” noted the bride. Tanya also noted Mari was accommodating when two of her bridesmaids decided to add on additional services. “Mari and Rita did an amazing job, and my girls looked stunning!!,” added the bride.

We love Tanya’s monochromatic choice of light peach garden Dutch roses

The bridesmaids wore cocktail-style, Alfred Sung dresses in the color paradise.

James getting ready for the 'FIRST LOOK"!!

We fell in love with St. Teresa’s church when my cousin got married there three years earlier. The church is romantic and breathtaking, which fit our theme perfectly. We ended up moving to the area so it will continue to be our church as our family grows!

How did you two meet? James and I met my freshman and his sophomore year of college when his best friend started dating my best friend. His best friend had a “New years eve-eve party” on December 30th and I attended. I knew James was the one from very early on. He was different from any other guy I had ever met. He would do anything for anyone and he made me incredibly happy. We always had fun together and complimented each other so well.
Tell us about your wedding proposal: James purposed exactly six years from the day we met. Although we had been dating for six years I always mentioned we should go ice skating but we never had the opportunity. He made our first ice skating experience a memorable one after proposing on the ice at Rockefeller Center in New York City!
